313 GreenWorks is our frontline workforce program — the boots‑on‑the‑ground team that handles cleanup, hazard removal, beautification, and community restoration across the city. We train Detroit residents, put them to work immediately, and give them the structure, discipline, and support needed to build long‑term stability.
